How to Apply for Admission

Submit your completed Application for Admission and application fee along with the following:

1. High school diploma, GED or equivalent

2. Valid licensure (if a current medical professional using medical background to qualify for program) or college transcripts (if using prior schooling to qualify)

3. Personal statement—formal, written statement of 1,000 words or less regarding your reasons for wanting to pursue a career in nursing, what qualities (personal or professional) make you a good candidate for the Nursing profession, and

4. Current resume

5. One personal or professional reference
